Your Baby:

Visit to the gynae's last sat:-

One question dat shooked me: "Do you or any of your family members have diabetes?" My brain worked liked a bullet train and I told her "No, zilch" Her reason for asking is dat she found my amnitoic fulid to be on the high side but she said it is still normal. Everything else is in good shape though and baby's active as ever. But if the condition's the same on my next visit (2wks time), tests have to be done and she will looked at other areas. Her words sent me shivers, tho I acted beranilah. I've always worry abt my blood supply and now more things to worry...the extreme swelling and excess water in my belly! I just hope i'll end up wif a normal delivery and not c-sect. Ya Allah, please answer my prayers....Amin.

p/s: Sooo malu but I'm walking like a penguin now! Booo Hoooooooooo

Cerita pasal makan: What's for lunch?

a) Kecambah (yg kita ngidam) + telur asin

b) Nasi + sweet & sour chicken + sambal goreng

N I finished it all up! Syukran...so far belom rasa nak terkeluar lagi...hopefully it stays dat way. Bukan senang nak ada selera mcm ni...esp during lunch. Been forcing myself to eat everyday.

Cerita pasal Hari Raya: Nothing much...heh

Hari Raya pun dah nak habis...we cut short our visits (so penat!)...didn't take that many shots (so buruk! some say i don't look like myself *sobz*).....didn't eat that much (takut 'menabung' kat rumah org!)...basically I didn't really enjoy myself that much this yr. Hopefully next yr will be a better yr...with loads of laughters n happiness wif the new addition. Nevertheless, the kecohness @ my grandma's still maintain...tiap2 tahun kita super kecoh....in fact bertambah kecoh...bukan makin besar semua makin reduce the kecohness...terbalik! N my parents managed to join in the family portait this yr...syukran! Gambar dah siap nanti kita upload ye...banyak bersabar.

Cerita pasal Pregnancy: Ni banyak boleh story tapi....

Kita cut short sudah eh. I'm @ week 31....next appt is this sat and i'm left with 9wks to go. Cepatkan?! Mcm seram, mcm gerun n mcm tak sabar pun ada. hehe But it's been tough....baby's very active...main bola 24hrs a day...i'm extremely anaemic and extreme water retention! Nak tgk kaki kiut saya tak?

Your Baby:
The body of your baby is getting plumper but his skin is still fairly wrinkled due to the lack of subcutaneous fat. Your Body:

You may find yourself having (or starting) mood swings. Don’t worry; these are normal and will subside either late in your third trimester or shortly after the birth of your baby. These mood swings are from the rising hormone levels as your body readies itself for delivery.
Your regular doctor appointments will continue and he/she may palpate your abdomen. This palpation is the doctor’s way of feeling the position of the baby. Alhamdullillah....he's been with me for 5mths and 5days now.

It was tough initally but Allah s.w.t. is great. He gave me strength and fulfilled my duas. To that I feel really blessed. I even had a taste of 4d3n stay at the hospital...imagine the trauma for someone who's really2 scared of the hospital bed and wheelchairs and needles n all!

But i survived....for your sake my Love.

He's one active baby. My gynae said, "He's busy playing soccer inside, Mom."

To that, I gave her my I-told-u-so 'look'.

He's due in January' 2007. Insya'Allah. May all goes well from now on.

To all you dearies who kept your lips sealed tight, THANK U!!

Alhamdullillah....

We've touched 2! It's neither easy nor tough.....fair share of the ups and downs.

We've earn ourselves a place we call home...finally. N i hope when we touch 3......it'll be an addition of our very own lil'junior. Insya'Allah....

The evening was spent very humbly @ our very own humble abode. Simple dinner.....take-away and homecooked. The lady fixed the home *wink* and set the table.

And the man came home wif this!!

Last evening, I cabut half an hour earlier (note: Boss away on golf session). heh. It was FUN jugak..teringat zaman sekolah cabut lecture..hehe.

Anyway, destination was IMM. To get the TV Console and Coffee Table. With only 2 hrs before the shops close, we zoom in n out of shops. 3 shops were identified out of the many furniture shops there. Zen Tradition were one of them but did we get from them?

Haha...let's go guessing!

I guess everyone doing hse renovation will face some glitches here and there.

Well, I wasn't spared either but lucky thing the 'apek' is a pretty nice guy...accomodating jugak lah. I just need to 'show' him that i'm upset n angry....n hubby too suddenly turn GARANG!

Verdict:-
Yummylicious tak terkata altho some alterations done. Cik Yah kita tak faham cumin, fennel and coriander dipanggil apa dlm bahasa melayu. Sounds like Ketumbar and Jintan so i just grabbed mummy's bottle of spices which smells like it and 3 tsp it is into the mixture! Rasa tetap mcm Kacang Pool tapi could have tasted better if I had all those spices needed. hehe..time to hit the supermarket.

Overall...BEST! Satisfied me and satisfied hubby....hubby kita cakap sedap tapi banyak sangat daging! :p 1 can is just enuff for 2 very empty stomachs.

My leave was so worth it...tak waste langsung...TLC!

Of course, we had prayed ALOT during that year but we never actually just turned it over to God and let it go. We decided that if it was meant to be then it would happen. That was after AF came in March. We only had sex twice in April. Once was while I was in between jobs and went from working 50 hours a week to nothing for 4 whole days. I hadn't had more than a day of in months. My husband got home at 2am one night after hanging out with his buddies. When he got home I was feeling a little amerous. Now, 29 months later I have a beautiful 20 month old dd. I wasn't supposed to be ovulating during that time. It was only a week from when I was due (I realized it later...I had stopped counting days). I didn't lay in bed with my pelvis tilted for half an hour after sex. I didn't have shots or pills that month. I just had a 4 day weekend and some fun with my husband. We are trying again. It's been about 5 or 6 months now I think. We haven't started keeping track or anything. We are just going to put it in God's hands from the get go. The next one will come in His time. For all of you trying, as long as there is nothing wrong with you or your husband (in which case you may need a little help from your Dr.) just relax, have fun and your little miracles will come."-- Chill Out

Analysis..over the weekend

We started our weekend going round the furniture shops and it was a wonderful experience. From Park Mall to Plaza Singapura and to Kallang. Made our decicion? Of course NO! Not yet..we were spoilt with choices...there's just too much to choose from and all has it's own beauty. Like a friend who's spoilt on choices for her upcoming wedding...we are spoilt for choices on our upcoming abode.

It's deep stress I tell u but we are so enjoying ourselves.

Right dear?

There's more to go for and we are just taking a short pause.

Shall we continue again tomorrow...hmmm...MAYBE!!

See i told u we are just too hooked on our new 'hobby'.

I tell u...our (hubz and moi) weekend was simply marvelous. Sungguh shiok...sumpah tak bedek! :p

Our weekend started on Friday right after work. It was jalan2 and makan2 time...from Changi Airport Terminal 2 to a friend's abode. Thank u guys for the invitation to your mummy's Nasi Ayam and thank u makcik and pakcik for your hospitality. The sungguh baik pakcik n makcik tak kacau kita...they stayed in their room most of the time...giving us the opportunity to memekak in their living room. Very hospitable pakcik n makcik kept asking us to eat and eat....sedap tu nasi ayam tau cik...nasib baik dah kenyang makan rojak India kat Airport..kalau tak confirm licin semua pinggan mangkuk hehe. Tapi harap pakcik and makcik tak serik eh jemput kita datang rumah lagi. It was abt 11pm when we made our way home. Cinderella have to reach home b4 the clock strikes 12! *wink*

Saturday mcm lengit nak keluar....plan nak masuk JB pun kena tangguh sebab keadaan yg tak mengizinkan. Sorry brader..jgn serik tau ajak kita gi JB lagi. :) Lepak n lepak till 6pm baru keluar rumah. We headed to Arab St with 3 missions to accomplish....in just 1 hr before the shops closed. *tsk*tsk* Managed to complete only Mission 1, half of Mission 2 and none for Mission 3. Mission belom complete and we were distracted....by calls from them! Yahoooo...heck the missions....ni lagi important. I shall return to complete the other half-cook missions! Bila eh...gotta be...soon!

Kind of him to pick up us "kittens" @ Raffles Hospital. Zoom to the next pick-up location to collect 2 more "kittens". Nasib baik the other 2 "kittens" kecik molek... just enuff for 4 "kittens" kat belakang.

Did i see cards? Yes....u didn't see it wrong. Cards for "Bluff" and rounds of "Heart-Attack". Betul boleh dapat HeartAttack tau...n thanks to "Lesung-Kitten"...i'm still with a bruised hand. But it's ok...all for the fun of it...no stopping me in joining for more "Heart-Attacks" in the future...but next time no more "tumbuk-lesung-look-a-like" please...it's just "slapping" okies! Thank u so much u kind soul for the ride home. Unfortunately, the berembunz mission have to stopped for a while....dear me needs a break! My dark rings getting darker for a kitten! Hahaha Thank you U for the pizza and the rides.....lain kali buat lagi ok....

Sunday was spent with loved ones but my darling hubby is down with diarrhea. Sampai hari ni belom baik. U take care dear...must be the Bandung! We went over to out humble abode wif mummy and bro and I tell u my bro is more excited than we are. Hang in there bro...we'll fulfill your wishes where possible okies. The wedding by Istana Wedding services was simply sweet and beautiful and makanan also sedap. But unfortunately, I was too shy to go snapping so no pics. Mcm boring updates w/o pics eh...I shall remember to carry my DG with me most of the time especially weekends!

Saturday 21st May' 05

Syukran...thanks to her and fiance I got to satisfy my cravings. At last dapat jugak makan atas pokok! It's the first time for me and hub. The couple warned us of the food quality but we still wanted to try it...at least once. Kalau betul tak sedap then we scrap! But Alhamdullillah....the food wasn't too bad and almost all the dishes came together....the food was so sedap till lupa kita nak berposing. For now yg belom sampai ke Anjung Warisan tu....just imagine ye. We promised to return with her and hubby in tow...Insya'Allah...let's look forward to the day okies mambangz! *wink*

Back...tired...worked...played...tired...and we are OFF again! This time it's a short getaway planned way before the Tsunami attacked. No plane involve...it will be accross the neighbouring waters.

Syukur Alhamdulillah...the first Ramadhan as a wife went well. We break fast and suhur together and we did our terawihs together. It feels different and it is definitely a different experience and I bet this year's Hari Raya will be different too. I'm so looking forward for 1st Syawal.

And today is a special day for me....it is also the first time i'm celebrating it with my hubby. The & wish @ 12midnite made me all the way to dreamland. Although it's just a simple kiss it feels different to be kissed by your hubby on your birthday and it's the first time as . Thank You Dear!

Also, huge Thank You to my Ewah2 friends for flooding my mailbox with their best wishes. I'll put the gift too good use.....SOON!!

I was indeed SUPRISED and HAPPY!! Tak sangka they will celebrate my Birthday coz it's still weeks to come. But of course the smart me could already smell something fishy (takkan bau ikan pari kuat kot?!)

Nevertheless, I was touched and and Gang for the thought and the best GIFT ever! U guys made my day! N also not forgetting the beautiful specially designed by kissy! Gal!! The card is so touching....i loike!

WeeKEnd's Gone?!

Just dunno why I'm so lazy to update daily...no motivation probably. Anyway, my Saturday was spent @ my eldest aunt's place @ Yishun for a mini celebration for Baby Hannah. HannaH! Glad u like the mini piano....nice right...in fact the tuek2 oso was sibuk playing wif the piano. Deprived childhood! And there were also the "kenduri arwah" after solat maghrib. Left my aunt's place near 11pm wif the bag of food! Though it was late, we didn't hit the bed immediately... time! wow! super late.... on the door till 10.30am on!!

dragged my heavy feet and aching tummy out of the bed. Was supposed to go for a wedding with PIL but with my situation, hubby decided to call Ibu and we end up "kirim" through Ibu. Sorry Ibu......it's the second time and I really cannot help it. The day was spent in ...wif hubby as the nurse. It was hot packs, medicated oil and rubs on the aching tummy and back! Didn't cook....everyone ate the food from the kenduri...sorry folks...no energy! In the evening hubby ordered BBQ Chicken Bonanza pizza & Hot n Spicy pizza from Canadian Pizza. Suddenly i was craving for jemput2 roti...so dragged myself out and made some. Sedap jugak ye jemput2 roti....recipe sendiri...hehehehe. Took 2 1/2 slices of pizza...some jemput2 roti n I was on my back again in front of the . Can't sit too long...the pain was really unbearable. Tgh shiok tgk TV....sekali perut buat hal lagi....bukan sakit...tapi mcm lapar lagi! Told hubby tekak terasa mcm nak makan Quaker Oats so hubby said OK he'll make some for me. I was touched and happy when i saw the bowl of Quaker oats ! It was the first time I tasted his cooking....though something simple n easy...it was really good! dear...mcm gini boleh suruh masak lagi.....let me think what i wanna eat next

That LONG since my last update?! I'm feeling much better peepz......pardon my previous entry. Life has been pretty eventful and hectic and I was attacked by Mr. LAZY! Let's just sum up my weekend.....

Friday 24th September:
Took half-day, met Hubby, Bro & my aunt. Had late lunch @ Banquet Raffles Hospital before we proceed to JB by cab. Stopped @ Plaza Kotaraya for my fitting and picked up her baju. baju awak cantik tau! Had to return on Sun to collect my bajus as they need to do some alterations. Reach Bukit Indah just before 6pm. "Rewang2" till near to 1am!! But that was fun...it's been a while since the last "rewang" session. But hubby retired early as he wasn't feeling well. Jangkit my sis probably.

Saturday 25th September:
Started the day @ 8am....thank u for the knock on the door mummy. The bed to comfortable lah...and dun mention the aircon...POWER! It was potong-everything for me & aunt while mummy & daddy did the cooking. Hubby & bro...biasa....busy wif the heavy stuffs and the shifting ard and the errand boys! Suka eh dapat drive ard and not forgetting the curi tulang part. The kenduri started after the Solat Isya'a berjemaah. It's common in JB......everyone will gather just before the prayer times and perform prayer berjemaah and then continue with the bacaan doa for the kenduri. It was a busy nite for us the host...but for daddy and mummy it was simple task....kata host...duduk pat luar and PR u. hehehehe ALmost 11:30pm, hubby and I set off for SG...had to send my Bro as he hv the Army Half Marathon on Sunday. Passed by secondlink as it's easier for Bro to take a cab and nearer to Bukit Indah. The Tuas Checkpoint was so quiet and the scary feeling attacked me. I was reminded of the incident 2 wks back where this malay guy commited suicide there. Semoga rohnya tenteran dan dicucuri rahmat..Insya'Allah. Drop Bro @ Jurong...somewhere near the Go-Cart plc. Made our way back to Bukit Indah and ALhamdullillah the trip home was a smooth one and we reached home safely @ 1am. The roads were very dark and it was our first time.

Sunday 26th September 2004:

11am and it was time to WAKE UP! Had our lunch, prayers, laze ard as it was raining and finally got ready and called a cab @ 3:30pm. Destination - Plaza Kotaraya (again!) to pick up my baju and City Sq for some shopping. My Hari Raya bajus are ready, left with one more to be collected this week. Met my cuzzins @ Glitz, they were there to collect their bajus also. In fact all the ladies from my mum's side sends their baju to Glitz. Even my granny u know! hehehehe The Loyal Customers! Quickly picked up my bajus and rushed off to City Sq as the sky was really dark. Had Tau Huay (beancurd) and char kuey and bought some back too. Oh and not forgetting my mooncake!! Haggle with the "teksi sapu" apekz but dissapointed...the apekz wanted to charge us S$45 for all for of us...hey that was S$5 extra u know....we tot it was ex and we cld get cheaper ones so tried our luck wif the malay pakciks and guess wat....lagi cekik darah! They wanted us to pay S$50!! And some more have the cheek to ask me to queue if I want a cheaper cab. N yes...that was wat we did. Tak boleh harap punya melayu...$1 pun tak boleh kurang! Tak heran lah nak naik kereta awak! N we queued for the cab and we didn't have to wait VERY long....just abt 45mins-1hr we got a cab. Though it stopped @ Rochor, we only paid RM10...sungguh puas hati! Hubby was hungry - cooked chickie porridge while ironing my clothes. Retired earlier than hubby as my tummy dun feel good.

Monday 27th September:
to Mr Tau Huay aka Beancurd......the nite was so eventful! 4 trip to my faveret !! Reached office @ 10:30am! Of course with the approval of my boss. for 6pm...time to go home to my hubby. Sorry dear...I'll make it up to you by later ok. for me...i'll be home shortly. Oh and the long awaited slip is here!!

Why am I feeling what I'm feeling now?! Why must this happen to me? Why must ppl keep on raking the past? Why does JOKE exists? When someone make a joke you are supposed to or but why do I ? So many 'whys' but I doubt there is an answer to all 'why'. Ppl can call me anything but no one knows wat I'm feeling inside or why i am badly affected by what was meant as a joke by someone. Others can forget the past and live on but I can't and that is the reason why i've asked for the past to be buried and not mentioned time and time again. I've even ignored calls from dear friends and my hubby coz of my unstable feelings - i feel really bad! I hope they understand what I'm going through and pardon my emotions. If I continue, it will be bad. Bad for me and bad for the ppl around me. I hope for an END......

Friday 08 September '04:

Was supposed to meet each other earlier but due to work commitments...we finally met @ abt 7pm. The supposed plan to Tekka Mall and Bendemeer for dinner was changed as I didn't feel like going to Lil India. Collected my skirts which I sent for alterations and headed back to the East. Took bus # 51 and ended up ar Haig Rd! :p Had samosas, spring rolls and satay and the super yucky sabsuka! we headed back home. 10mins walk and that's all it takes to reach .

Saturday 09 September '04:

Sent Dad & Mum to Harbourfront for their countless trip to Tanjung Balai. Went to Giant over at PP coz I needed to get stuffs. Had our breakfast @ BK and it was Yum Yum! Grabbed the stuffs and headed back home. It was a lazy Saturday for us. We were still full from breakfast therefore decided to skip lunch and just ate some snacks. Made samosa as it's been quite a while since I've had home-made ones. After that, lazy2 us...we hit the sofa and went Zzzzz in no time. Hubby was first and dollowed by me 1/2 hr later. There goes our cycling plan! Hubby woke me up @ abt 5pm and suddenly hunger strikes me! Heat up yesterday's food (as mummy had cooked a lot and none of us touched it yet), fried bergedil, black pepper chicken and samosa (hubby's faveret). Lazed ard again after the lunch cum dinner and it was TV programmes for us. After maghrib, we decided to walk over to geylang for "jalan2" and also to get the instant ketupat. On weekends u get to see all kind of human beings over @ Geylang!

Sunday 10 September 2004:

Another lazy day for us!! Cooked Lontong Goreng and fried the samosa which I made the day before. After makan it was "golek2" time and then it was PS2 for hubby and magazine time for me. Left home @ 7.30pm to fetch moi parents. Mum's story was so funny...she tried smuggling eggs but forget it mum! Kena caught oredy! N the officers were so smart....they actually ask the "troublemaker" to throw away the eggs themselves. It was Komala's for dinner and daddy's treat as always.

About your medicine

The name of your medicine is Folic Acid Tablets which is the generic (common) name. Your doctor may have given you this medicine before from another company and it may have looked slightly different. Either brand will have the same effect.

Folic acid may be used for:
the treatment of anaemias including those caused by poor diet, vitamin B12 deficiency, folic acid deficiency, childhood or pregnancy. the prevention of anaemias including those caused by jaundice or kidney dialysis.
the prevention of nerve defects in babies (such as spina bifida), in women planning to become pregnant who are at risk of having an affected child.

Before taking your medicineMake sure you have told your doctor if you:are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
are having treatment for anaemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. have a tumour. are taking other medicines such as co-trimoxazole, chloramphenicol, sulphasalazine or antiepileptic drugs and any that you can buy without prescription. If you see another doctor or go into hospital, let them know what medicines you are taking.

Taking your medicine

Your doctor has decided the dose which is best for you. Always follow your doctor's instructions exactly, and those on the pharmacy label. If you do not understand anything, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual dosage(s) are described below:
Indication and DosageAdults (including the elderly and children over 1 year old):
To treat anaemia caused by Folic acid deficiency: 5mg daily for 4 months can be increased up to 15mg daily
To treat other anaemias: 5mg daily for 4 months.
To prevent anaemia: 5mg every 1-7 days.
To prevent nerve damage in babies: 5mg daily started before becoming pregnant and continued throughout the first three months of pregnancy.

These tablets should be taken as instructed. Continue to take them for as long as your doctor tells you to, it may be dangerous to stop without their advice.If you forget to take a dose, take another as soon as you remember and then your next dose at the usual time. NEVER take two doses at the same time.If you are elderly, it is particularly important to take this medicine exactly as directed by the doctor.If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, contact your nearest hospital casualty department, or tell your doctor, immediately. Take any remaining tablets and the container with you.

After taking your medicine

Like many medicines, Folic Acid Tablets may occasionally cause side-effects in some patients, particularly when you first start taking it. These may include loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal distension and wind. You should consult your doctor if these are troublesome or continue. If you develop a skin rash, swelling or difficulty breathing you may be allergic to the tablets stop taking them and contact your doctor immediately.If you get any other unusual effects, tell your doctor immediately and seek advice.Please do not be worried. Storing your medicine

Do not use the tablets after the expiry date shown on the product packaging. Keep the tablets stored below 25Â°C in a dry place, protect from light, and in the original packaging. Yes it was BLOOD trickling down hubby's mouth!! I was having my bath when I heard someone knocking on the toilet door continuously and guess what did dat person say? "Dear quick...I ada hal nie!" and the voice sounded shaky! Quickly grabbed whatever I could find and open the door. Ya Allah...i almost fainted when I saw the pool of blood on hubby's hands and mouth! My limbs were so weak but told myself I'd better control my mind n body. I need to clean this man up before both of us faint!! Asked him what happened and he said "Dunno...suddenly banyak darah...i ingatkan air apa yg meleleh!" When I heard dat....I couldn't help but . Told hubby to rinse his mouth while I put on my clothes. Quickly grabbed a n ice.....pressed the ice on the lips....rupa2nya his lips were too dry and somehow it just "cracked". Took quite a while to numb the lip n stop the blood from oozing out....dah mcm orang kena tumbuk! hehehe Smothered vaseline on his lips albeit the "struggle" and the "Please, please, no, no!" Sorry dear.....u the patient n me the nurse....so no choice but to do it my way! And I hope it will be the first and the last SCARE!!!

My first attempt and it was a succes! I was Ms Happy for the day as the only negative comment that I recd (from my cousin) was too much vege!! Wonder why most guys hates Vege! But that aside as it wasn't a major issue. I just need to put lesser vege in future.

Igredients:-

Pizza base/crust
Pizza sauce (add a bit of chilli sauce and mixed herbs)
Mozarella & cheddar cheese
Mushrooms
"Yellow" peppers
Canned pineapples
Big Onions (the white ones)
Frozen Mix Vegetables
Smoked Turkey Breast
Chicken Strips
Minced Meat (fried with some spices)

Steps:-

Spread the pizza sauce on the pizza crust, arrange the onions, mushrooms, peppers, pineapples and the mix vege if u like and next will be the meat and last will be the cheese. Put anything u like and of course....ur TLC...especially with the mountainous cheese! 8 mins or till golden brown n Voila! Piping hot Pizza! Might want to try Tuna Pizza and grilled chicken pizza next time....or maybe something more ambitious....baked rice! Yum Yum!

IKEA & JB anyone?!

Sent Mom & Dad to TMFT for their trip to Tanjung Pinang. Then proceed for Big Breakfast @ McD Kallang with hubby. It was quite refreshing to be out early and hv breakfast together out of the house. Might do that again when we get another opportunity. After breakfast, sent hubby to work for his meeting and I drove back home. On the way home, stopped by Hjh Maimunah to get my bro's lunch. The super pampered big boy!

Took a short rest before it was time to drive again. This time....to pick hubby up from his workplace and it's IKEA time!! Although I was happy at the mentioned of I-K-E-A, didn't spend much though as we didn't find dat many stuffs to buy. Bought a door mat, pizza cutter, lace day-curtain and storage boxes in Red & Blue. Happy with our purchases we then proceed to Queensway SC. We were @ Queensway when my aunt sms...asking us if we want to tag along to JB to service her "sport car". We agreed as we didn't hv any plans and didn't know where else to go to. So it was another round of "shopping" @ JB while the cars was being serviced. Dinner was at one of the restaurant @ STulang Bay....didn't catch the name though. It was just a short dinner and for 5pax we paid only RM24. SUper cheap!!

The way back to SG was a smooth one, no traffic jam on both sides of the checkpoint. Headed straight to Mustaffa Center to grab some missing ingredients for the pizza (couldn't find @ Xtra). Bought pizza base, chicken strips and smoked turkey breast. Didn't roam far @ Mustaffa as I was alone. Hubby had to guard the "sport car" as we could seem to be able to lock one of the doors! Kereta dah senior katakan....mcm2 malfunctions! hehehe Ok need a rest as my tummy's aching......Nite!

to my father-in-law. had to missed the routine lepak session with the GG's as it's Ayah's birthday today. We reached TP later that expected due to some "techinal" problem! Could see the wide grin from PIL's faces when they saw us in front of the door...they didn't expect us to "muncul" as it was already past 9pm! Sorry Ibu sorry Ayah. Hubby gave Ayah his gift and he could guess even w/o touching the gift! dah tak surprise lah. Bought him his faveret chapatti wif keema and dhal, croissant and seedless green grapes. Hope you enjoyed our visit n the humble foods. We left abt 11pm as hubby need to go for an early morning meeting.

Singapore Casket!

Did I mention Singapore Casket? Yes I did! And it is unbelievable that I actually stepped into that place. Me the most penakut one actually agreed to join my other colleagues. Tak pernah terlintas nak step my foot there. Went there for a wake of one of my colleague's dad who passed away on Tuesday morning. It was an experience I must say, being in the same room and so close to the coffin!

To Sherryl, . Be strong girl and life has to go on. Although we are not that close but I can still feel the pain. Saw how drained she was and the sad face. Guess everyone of us will be in her position one day...either we lose our loved ones or vice versa.......it's a matter of time.

Friday 27th August 2004:-
Back to work after a day's mc the day before. The plan and the verdict: Dinner @ Cuppage Plaza and where else but the Robinsons Sale! Went with hubby, Frina and hubby, kissy and Klopez. Venue of the dinner had to be changed to Pizza Hut @ Centrepoint though as Cuppage Plaza was closed (due to...i dunno!). Nahar couldn't join us for he window shopping as he was having his routine Takraw tournament but dinner...yeah he was there. After the mini shopping....went McD to quench our thirsts and hunger for their dessert.....wat else...non other than the ice-cream! Tired of laughing we call it a day....headed home with hubby and it was a NO-NO for cab! Dragged myself up the bus and all th way home. Good Nite Dear...Good Nite Frens!

Saturday 28th August 2004:-
Woke up to mummy's delicious Soto Ayam. Did I mention ayam? Yeah....simple can't go without AYAM! hahahahaha so stay away from me if you are scred of bird flu! Golek2 for a while before I dragged my butt out of the hse. Took cab and first stop was Pasir Ris Dr 10....granny's place to pick up my aunt's car key. YAY!! We got to pinjam her "sports" car! Kereta lama pun jadilah....syukur! Second stop was Pasir Ris Park Carpark D....first time there and told hubby we shall return. Nice place and not oo crowded. Picked up the car and next destination - Punggol...my aunts new nest. The hse was so kecoh...tu baru 1/4 of the batallion...cannot imagine if full force....penuh amat itu rumah! Our supposed date with the GG's to COMEX had to be cancelled and substitute with the mini gathering at my aunt's place. Kalau dah gathering....nampaknya makan n tok tok n also a new stuff in the house....trying of the baju *wink* and the "oooooo so PRETTY!!" hehehehehe...can't wait for my turn somtime next mth i guess. Perut dah kenyang...left my aunt's plc @ abt 8pm and headed to BK Millenia walk....the lepak point with the GG's. This time Nahar and Nezam joined us. Nahar asked us along to JB but we had to turn him down....so all of us took our seperate ways at abt 10+pm...that's early for a saturday nite! But guess we all need he rest as we'll be meeting again tomorrow! *lompat*lompat*

Sunday 29th August 20004:-
JB time and it's confirm!! Ada kereta free apa lagi.....JB ler...but sad Lina and Suzie can't come with us....takpe there's always next time. There might even be a better plan for the next JB trip...stay tune girls! But before heading to JB...had to visit the aquarium shop ler...replenish my bro's fish. I accidentally killed 3 of his tropical fish during the tank cleaning and there goes my $35!! Takpe lah...asalkan tak kena pet pot sudah! N one of the dead fish belonged to hubby...sorry dear....dah beli..so now we are even. I shall remember the uncle's advice for the next tank cleaning session! Back home...release the fishes into the tank and left home @ 2pm for Eunos Mrt...met kissy, Frina and hubby. Places of interest - Holiday Plaza and Danga Bay! kakakakaka. We had a horrifying experience when we were entering the HP carpark. Apek canto mabuk agaknya! I shall not say much....just word of advice to the rest....Be Careful and expression maintain...keep you cool n jgn berhenti berdoa! Syukur nohing happend to us.....n the "sporty" clear of any damages....not even a bruise! :) The ikan bakar @ Danga Bay was so-so...prefered the one i had 2 wks ago @ Pantai Lido....nicer and cheaper and next makan stop definitely! But Danga Bay is nice....saw the banana boat, the jet ski and the tram....maybe next time boleh cuba....the only - point of that place.....carpark is a nightmare! Didn't stay long as we were worried of the jam and true enough traffic was slightly heavy over at the SG Checkpoint. Sent kissy home and now we know where you stay! Boleh stalkkkkkk! kakakakakaka Frina and hubby was next but we just had to drop them off @ Eunos MRT as they had parked their bike there earlier. Dropped them off and decide to head to hubby's gran plc. Didn't stay long but sempat for a long chat with Cik Ma (hubby still wonders how I can engage in a long conversation with Cik Ma! he's terrified of her! hahahahaha) and also a plate of Nasi Rawan! Yum Yum! *Burp* dah tak kempunan lagi! ;-) Time: 10pm - sent PIL and Mak Long back...lucky thing thy live close to each other. Reached home @ 10.40pm! Home sweet home! But it wasn't a smooth nite......:(

Hey the short getaway was indeed a FUN and enjoyable experience! As much as I expect it to be.

I'm back as promised and Alhamdullillah we reached KL and now back home safely! Felt the holiday was too short although hubby and I spent 4 days there. We went ahead a day earlier that the GG's as we had some errands to do. We were there from Thurs to Sun....tapi tetap tak cukup! The bus ride to KL was a smooth one and a new experience for both of us. We took the Aeroline "double-deck" bus to KL...the interior is clean and the seat is no ordinary coach-seat....it's actually a massage chair. Hubby enjoyed the "massage" so much but NO THANKS for me! Felt my heart and head vibrate!Euwwww... They even had the "call buttons" almost identical to the one u see on board a plane but then hampeh when we tested the "call" button...either it wasn't functioning or the Customer Care Officers on board tu "pekak"! :-)
But will we splurge on that again? Erm....we'll decide when the time comes...hehehe...

Reached Corus Hotel per schedule and took a cab to the Dewan Bandaraya to settle the bills. Poor hubby had to drag our luggage...kekeke...look so tourist sesat! It took me less than 5mins to settle the payment n stuff and my conclusion is....Malaysians need to upgrade on they customer service! Duhh....i shall not elaborate more. I was so hungry and angry so we decided to have lunch at Restoran Sri Melaka. Food was nice but didn't expect the price...dah duduk tak kan nak bangun balik...n kalau tak try tak tahu kan...kekeke....so we just sit n enjoy our late lunch. Perut dah kenyang so it was time to head to our humble place....sampai aje terus cari katil dulu...n of course the air-con! Nasib baik takde tamu....tak payah lah nak susah hati abt the look of our humble place. Just as long as it's comfortable for us that's fine! *wink* Mummy suruh kemas rumah pun kita KIV dulu....we badly need a short nap..hehehe...and we definitely felt refreshed after that. Quickly changed and went straight to 1 Utama....the SC is really huge...with the new extension! Main purpose was to visit the KuKu Bar which was featured in "Good Bargains" but was dissapointed when the manicurist said i had to make an appt! After much thinking decided to drop the idea....coz she didn't look clean herself n i can't imagine an India touching my hands n feet! Tak mo ar.....lagipun she wasn't friendly at all....podah....think I never do manicure before meh? Chett! Had dinner @ Yoshinoya (halal beb!) and hubby had A&W.....2 glasses of Root Beer Float mind u! Perut dah kenyang....we ventured to the rooftop mini garden....untuk love birds ler....kekeke....but was nice although a bit scary as the mini garden was facing the highway.....lepak for a while only as it was getting late. 1st nite...reached home @ 11pm!

Yay!! It's Friday...hari ketibaan the GG's!! Before meeting them, hubby and I wnt to 1 Utama again...both of us simply love that place...convenient n so many shops! Had our breakfast @ BK and did a bit of shopping before we headed down to Melia KL where the rest was putting up. Loaded jugak kawan2 gue yer...kekekeke....oraits ar girls!! kekeke We reached their rooms too early....the bungas n kumbangs belum ready...hehehe....we ended lepak-ing for a while before we headed to KLCC. Bought something that i've been eyeing from Lovely Lace...at last dapat jugak! dear! Lepas penat berjalan...we headed for A&W.....had our 3rd Glass of Root Beer Float and waffle with ice-cream! Yummy!! It's been quite a while since the last waffle....but not the Root Beer Float though! Our day didn't end there...we took a cab back to the hotel...as usual me n hubby tumpang kissy & suzie's room to freshen up. But we were shocked when we got to know what happened when they were out finding something! We were DAMN DISSAPOINTED with their attitude and why must they hide if they have not done anything wrong? Simply do not understand their motive. There's nothing wrong in telling us the change of plan and the not joining the group but dun do it behind ppl's back and still pretend dat nothing have gone wrong. I was telling myself maybe one day she (personally) would tell me (just a min of her life) dat she don't need my humble place anymore but....oh well.....wishful thinking on my part. Maybe i'm being petty but kita sesama perempuan tak boleh communicate ker? Mesti involve our other half ker? There's always sms, msn, email or the phone itself! Even when u are shitting you can sms! hahahaha whatever lah...u might think you are in the right and I am being petty but who cares with what you think! It's only right that you tell a person personally rite and not thru messages?! I was still hoping that KL could bring everyone together again but seems like it's all wishful thinking. I'm ready to close off that chapter in my life. Dun preach when you yourself are not strong yet! One minute tok abt religion and stuff but the very next minute.....the mouth or rather mind is full of vulgarities! Duhh! Ok DAT chapter's definitely out of me and I believe the rest of the gang also. Hey peepz.....time to enjoy again! As usual....empty stomach's growling....or rather....the bloated stomachs saying no but the empty appetite is saying YES to FOOOOD!! After food....it was back to the hotel with more lepak sessions of UNOs!! 2nd nite....we reached home near midnite! Wow....lambat tu...

As usual we had to drag ourselves out of the bed to get ready for another day of FUN and more walking! JMI here we come!! It is a must to visit JMI if I am in KL...be it with family or without....and what else u shop in JMI if not for materials and tudungssss! The sun was scorching hot but soon the laughters took my mind off the heat. Sibuk carikan orang tudung but end up nothing for myself....it's ok...next round! Enough of the tudung n short stop to the pondok Pak Tani....some of us decided for LOT 10 instead of the hotel....didn't get anything there..was just window shopping. Kissy, Klopez, Frina and chipotz left first as hubby wanted to cross over to Quicksilver. Before dat, had a drink @ Dome to quench our thirst and ahemz....one brownie with ice-cream please! Called the 'foursome' but they were already heading to the monorail. Got Kak Sun's cake on our way back to kissy & Suzie's room....another round of lepak session! Nite....it's time for PS.....petaling st ler....dah teringat masa pat bangkok although PS was more scary. Hubby bought quite a number of stuffs....for himself and my bro. We spent more than 2 hrs there and I was growing impatient! Kita dah plan for Kak Sun's besday celebration ler and it was already late but we've yet to filled our tummy. Lucky some of the guys agreed to tapau back the Nasi Lemak....some to Kampung Bahru and the rest of us back to the hotel....Jeng Jeng Jeng.....SABO TIME!! Minta maaf ye Kak Sun......kita pakat ngan Abg Mie! Gerek Abg Mie so sporting one! And Kak Sun so manja one!! The advance celebration was so FUN! Ketawa sampai golek2 u! *wink* and 3rd nite....we reached home @ 2am! Ultimateeeee..kekekeke....*shake head* but that was our last nite.....had to enjoy to the max.

Finally....the day arrived.....no one was looking fwd to 'dat' day sebab time to go home ler! Except for the Kenny Roger's lunch....dat I was looking fwd to! We felt it was too short a time...wished we had a longer time together. And we got to sit on MPV instead of the dirty cabs to Pudu...kekekeke....thank you apek! Though it was just a short ride but it was definitely a comfortable one! The journey back to SG was a fun one too....rabak si kissy kena 'kacau' kekeke...cian kiccy! *hug* sikit...hehehehehe. Traffic was a bit heavy but the cars were moving...not that bad....reached Golden Mile pass midnite. Shared a cab with Frina and hubby. Home sweet Home!

And now we are planning for another short getaway....subject to approvalssss! Another round of KERENAH and fun and laughtersssssss!

Hey....it's been dat long since my last update? Oh My! I didn't realise that at all. My life have been filled with quite a bit of happy moments, the some sad moments, the equal share of dissapointed moments and the angry moments...and is dat all? Oh i so much forgot the Very LAZY moments! Well....let it be....all's in the past and I've woke up to be a better person with one's own judgement!

Since school days I didn't have a huge circle of friends coz I always believe in quality friends instead of quantity and my believe still stands till now. Things happened and probably was fated to happen and as said by elders....Ada rahmat disebalik semua kejadian....terima dengan Redha dan belajar dari kesilapan...Insya-Allah....I will continue to remember that and pleaseeee see thru ppl almost immediately after u shake hand with that person can? Not when you can consider it to be too late! *DUhh* That's me....tulah trust ppl many2 some more! *laff at myself*! But am definitely happy with my new circle of friends.....the ever lepak and kelakar bunch and the ever non-pretentious ppl!

Had loads of fun since few days ago and I hope it will continue till end of next week.....after the KL Keceplek!!*wink* If possible...buat selama-lamanya lah but we human...we better not be too greedy.....sikit2 sudah....bersyukur dengan apa yg ada...*smile*. On Fri - lunch...celebrated Mal's advance besday and anniversary @ Sakura...Alhamdullillah she like the gifts and the "surprises" ....and went Lil India after I knock off from work (Thank u Frina, kiccy, cuzie and shanah for waiting for me)....to get *secret*! Hubby and xisco joined a lil bit later (actually lama u know boys! next time ur treat!:p)...and we headed straight to Komalas...had Paper Dosai and chai...my forever favourites. Hubby and Klopez had bhatura (first time for Klopez but she attempted it well!), kiccy had Masala Dosai, Frina had Ghee Onion Rawa and xisco had Parotha (tak adventurous langsung!). After filling our stomachs....went over to Sheng Shiong to get some canned fruits for Nenek's Besday party on Sat...which turned out to be great fun...very kechorable and u can feel the family love floating everywhere!

Selamat Hari Jadi Nenek.....*Love U* confirm nenek suka the gift.....she was smiling from ear to ear when she saw the hamper mummy and I did for her...just for my one and only Nenek! The day was filled with lepak sessions....discussion on my cuzzins wedding, the planning for the Jakarta trip (cuzzin's wedding) and food and food and food...till 10.30pm when everyone decided we've all had enough and it was time to head HOME!

Just as I was making my way home, recd sms from Frina that the geng jadi ikut pi JB and I actually tot it was Kiccy who sms me...no wonder when she replied it sounds funny! kakakaka...sorry Kiccy..sorry Plina...but nonetheless, we had fun just now didn't we?! 20 Sept we can have another round...time to collect my baju lah from Glitz...kekekeke....*eyebrow* kiccy...kekekeke. Kak Faridah know me best...although it's a bit steep sending to her but she knows just wat I like and wat I don't...and as usual my eyes go rambang one bila go to her boutique....saw a HC material which I'm eyeing on and guess wat....kissy's eyeing on the same too...but a diff color. Kissy wait ar...let me do OT first...not that OT but that work OT! hahahaha....we shall return for that yah....n who knows we might even get a DC material (datin lah oi!) *eyebrow*

Headed to Holiday Inn Plaza to meet Frina and Suzie and the Matz....ingat nak makan KeNNy Rogers...sekali the restaurant dah close down...terpaksa makde do with Pizza Hut but the food was good n of course the company! Frina...we KIV KeNNy Rogers till KL okies? Sabar eh baby...hehehehe. Peyut so kenyang and mata as usual so ngantukz! We didn't wander off far....semua dah KO...so decided to head home and me, hubby and kiccy got ourself a cab to Kotaraya...but when we reached Kotaraya, the queue for the cab to SG was long...so we decide to try our luck at the old taxi stand...which was about 10mins walk....and it was so near to the road...so seram! SOrry again kissy...had to make u walk back but it was all worth it rite? Didn't wait long....got the cab home! Reached SG @ abt 6pm and it was such a nice outing....with a nice ending. Still @ msn with Kissy and Frina and xisco *wink* and hubby's still @ his PSII with my bro.

Dragged myself to work this morning! The reason: 1) First day @ work without my best colleague and a dear fren and 2) my feet's swollen! Guess I'll be popping by Shenton Medical later to get some long due nagging from Dr Chia! Arghhhhh! Was contemplating this morning whether I shld dragged myself to work or just take an mc from the doc near my pleace but chose the earlier. My mood's drained and I'm sure a number of you guys out there realised that especially since I've not been updating my blog! Last Friday was the worst day....felt so shitty inside. It was my fren's last day with us and recd another sad email from Ireland and one of the best CS Helpdesk Manager tendered her resignation to be a full time MOM! when I can be as lucky and as brave as them to find a greener pasture elsewhere. Guess I really have to build my guts. Told myself that Life has to go on....I'm really trying very hard to remember that and to put the sad happenings behind me. Let that be history but not the friendship! Let's tok abt weekend....

was great. Went to Siti's place after work on Friday to help her with her wedding favors and to cclooklook her bedroom decor. Nice job by Freeda Enterprise. It's really a 360deg turn from her 'pigsty' bedroom to a gorgeous Bridal chamber. left near to 11pm and promised her to reached early on Sat. But usual me...got stuck at the saloon...hehehe...so reached her place @ 2pm on Saturday. The solemnisation will only start @ 3.30pm so I still have time. Brought the apple fragrance aromatheraphy for her room and the mini hand pillow for the berinai session. When I reached her place, her make-up artist was already there and there I was with a fren, locked out of the room till an hour later. Such a snobbish and irritating make-up artists and assistants. Wonder why she brought 2 of her frens to be her assistants for the day! So semak! Anyway, Siti got all emotional and just as the groom's side arrived. She said, "Maszah, aku sedih...aku nak nangis!" and before I knew it her tears started to roll like an open tap! Quickly rushed to her side and told her to control herself and pray as much as she can. Wanted to hug her but the make-up artist blocked my way. Habis mascara and eyeliner semua smudge! kekeke...apa lagi dah lah mak andam snobbish..kena hamput! Totally the opp of my make-up artist. My make-up artist even told me to cry if i want to but I didn't! The solemnisation went well with only one lafaz. SYukran n now she's legally married and a wifey now. Siti...welcome to the club! But for now u join me as a newly married....we take out time ok to join the rest as the Young Mothers!

The reception on Sunday went well and the bride and groom looked gorgeous. The decor was also beautiful....simple and sweet and the food...delicious. How I wish I had a digicam with me....boleh share gambar pat sini...now gotta wait till I develop the pics and source for a scanner! Bila tu? *scratch* I felt sad coz I couldn't follow the entourage to the groom's side. Kaki gue dah terpeleot and it was raining heavily. After seeing her off, hubby and I made our way home. Hail a cab and we reached @ 2.30pm. Finally, Siti's married!

Today is the saddest day of my life in this company! At 4.30pm sharp we were called in for a mtg and we were told of the shocking news! My colleague of 3 yrs tendered her resignation n her last day wld be on the 14th of July! I know she will leave us one day but I didn't expect it to be dat soon n she didn't even give me a 'warning'. I know it's coming when she took quite a number of leave n urgent leave but I didn't expect her not to warn me in advance. I was badly affected and my tears just kept rolling...there's no way of controlling it! Everyone tried very hard to stop their tears but I just gave up. Even my manager's eyes were red n filled with tears. She was so apologetic to me for not informing me first but I understand her position. "It ok Shan, I'm not angry at you. I'm just sad dat the time has come!" If I'm in her shoe, I won't even know how to break it to my manager. And to make it worse, she's someone close to me (and I mean real close).
Before we leave the room, we decide to get her a 'good' gift and a good farewell lunch. I'm still thinking of what to get for her. Thought of getting her something on top of the shared gift. It's definitely gonna cost me a BOMB but it's worth for a friend like her.I don't need anything expensive though as friendship can never be bought with $$. So if you guys have any idea, do tag me ya. I definitely do need help.
Guess I better get back to my dearie's arm for some warmth n comfort.

finally bought the from Ikea! It's a DIY and I was so excited that I 'begged' hubby to fix it the moment we reached home! dah macam jakunzz...almaklum the pirst time beli DIY furniture. Finished fixing it in 30mins...is dat fast or is that slow? hubby! Anyway, am excited wif it..although the table didn't match the rest of our furnitures. Jadilah for the time being before we get our own .

Guess this is the power of Love again! I'm still stuck in the office coz I was supposed to meet my hubby but apparently there's a change of plan. We were supposed to transfer the ownership (that's what the Singtel CSO called it) of my room phone no. to my hubby's as we didn't want daddy to continue paying for us but hubby sounded too tired on the phone and it's quite a distance from Toa Payoh to City Hall. Decided to postpone our plan to Wednesday but I hope we get to it then coz I don't wanna hold on to dad's IC any longer. I've decided to leave office @ 8pm (so as to avoid the extra charges) and also to claim for extra OT! the only motivator for now!
Better get going or I'll be caught in the human 'jam'! The queue can be pretty bad especially during school holidays. Hated school holidays but not when I was studying then!! Everywhere you go, the place will be packed wif kids...Arghhhh get out of my way kiddossss!

Our Sunday ! Finally got our bums out of the hse and onto the bicycles! Went and we did hv lots of fun! It was raining when we left for East Coast Park but hubby said it's probably a passing shower n true enough it stopped even b4 we reached ECP! We rented the 2-seater bicycle for 2 hrs and the Uncle gave us an hr free! I was so excited coz it had been a while since we last cycled together..kekekeke...had lots of fun n we laughed a lot! From McD..we went to the far end towards Tanjong Rhu and then back towards the other end...but we were stopped some where near the sailing club. There was a police baricade and we wasn't allowed to pass thru that area. Initially I tot someone was murdered but apparently a family was stung by bees! That could be very painful. Heard the mummy is still under observation. That is the power of a mother's love...protected her kids without thinking of her own life. We decided to turn back after we saw the Channel 8 TV crews....cepat2 cabut! Had dinner @ Lagoon before we headed back to the Bicycle kiosks where we rented the bike from. When I got down from the bicycle I could feel all my bones aching and the worst affected part is of course my ! But I will not stop there...we'll probably go cycling again in 2 weeks time..hope by then my bum's feeling much better!

What a Friday! Felt so for Auntie Cheng the Tea-Lady @ my office. She'll be greatly missed although she does throw her tantrums around at times! I just hope she will find a job somewhere real soon and the person who contributed to her current state be given equal retribution. I strongly felt that it was due to personal reasons that she was terminated. That was a sad last day for her...according to one of my colleague who's close to her, she apologize profusely for not doing her job well! Duhh! Auntieeee it's not your fault! She went thru so much and even used her own money when supplies ran low n lots of other sacrifices but human....they are always blinded by the tiny weeny mistake someone does! I've got nothing else to say....I'm badly affected by the way the management carry do things and I couldn't imagine what will my fate be in future! Ya Allah tolong lah hamba mu yang lemah ini....give me strength to face the future challenges. Guess I better end here and head home before the tears start trickling down my cheeks. the gathering went well! With lots of , & ! So much things to talk about n there was shny's wedding pics to oggle @! Semua cam nak rewind our beautiful moments! Thanks to hubby for giving in to me....dia enjoy sakan ngan 'Tiong-Man'! The geng finally saw the true character of my hubby! Mcm tu lah gaya nya kalau kena 'kaki'. Cian kissy kena 'kacau' ngan kita....memang suara sedap ni tak leh pakai langsung! Muka confirm kurang ke-hengsemannya! Takpe next time i carikan suara yg kurang 'handsome' eh....confirm muka cun..hehehe.

Plan nak ikut Aliyah gi Tekka to look for sari materials for the coming hari raya but when kissy told us the price...terus tak jadi! But me and hubby still follow Aliyah & Jaybonz to tekka...coz she've already promised her mum to get idli & dosai. Tekak terasa nak makan tapi takut kekenyangan. Peh jauh si Jaybonz & Aliyah bawak both of us jalan..banyak dorang nyer dekat! Cam nak tercabut lutut beb! Hubby know i'm not a 'walking' person..sure grumble one but lucky dat day the weather wasn't so hot! Leh lah tahan tapi peluh tetap menitis! Cam jalan 10 batu gitu! Dah tak payah diet beb...kekekekeke. After buying the food for Aliyah's mum n got myself some sweet titbits, we rushed to Mamak Maideen's stall @ Beach Rd (but not the hawker center - dunno what's that place called though). Had mutton chop n hubby had roti john...so sodap..next time can go again but make sure the Mamak take down our oder properly. Kalau tak macam Chippekz kena...so kesian...tunggu lebih dari sejam pun tak datang! Mamak! Nasib baik Chippekz tak terbalikkan dapur...aniaya! Lepas lepak for a while...Rahmat aka apek offered us a ride home coz they are going towards dat direction. Ketawa lepak2 pat dlm kereta...mcm2 jokes dorang buat! Tak sabar nak tgk Miss Blurtician & apek's wedding!

Reached hm @ 10pm...wah so early! Dah kawin balik lekas...lom kawin korang tak ingat nak balik!

It was a long day but a very interesting one too! when I saw the time! It was 7.45am! We overslept but hubby said we could still make it for the kursus pos-nikah @ Hilton. Apa lagi...both of us terus loncat dari katil...zooom pi toilet. Nasib baik mummy n daddy takde...i could use their bathroom! True enough we reached Hilton just 5minutes before 9am! Nasib baik the ballroom belom penuh..after us masih ada orang lagi! And guess who was the last one? I was shocked! Someone some of us know....fellow forummer n fellow blogger. I'm not gonna mentioned names here!

The time passed by so quickly with loads of information and laughters. Superb speakers...had Ustaz Haji Salim Jasman, Dr Noor Hakim, Puan Murni & Puan Faizah (hope I didn't missed out anyone). All very knowledgeable ppl in their repective areas with lots of knowledge shared. The lady speakers had 5 and 6 kids repective....sungguh besar rezeki dari Allah s.w.t.! But I don't think I could manage that many kids! Tapi kalau dah diberi Tuhan....ku sanggup menerimanya dengan tangan yg terbuka....syukran! Hubby was smiling @ me when both lady speakers shared their experiences on all the pregnancies! Am I ready to be pregnant yet? Hmmm....I should say I berserah pada yg lebih mengetahui....tapi macam jeles jugak bila tgk the Mak Buyongs there!

A note for everyone out there...don't miss the kursus pos-nikah if you happen to stumble upon one or you could check it out with the masjid or CCs where you took your kursus pra-nikah when they'll be having the next session. You won't regret spending you whole Sunday with them! Ciao!

Didn't managed to drag myself to work this morning......head was spinning since last nite after I did my prayers. It was a sudden attack and even when I tossed in bed, I could feel my head vibrating and the room spin! My body was aching but no fever was detected. Even now, I can still feel the computer screen spinning! wat's wrong with me. Doctor diagnosed as migraine but this is the first time I'm having a migraine till i felt like ! I know what u ladies are thinking! Don't think so girls....so don't let ur imaginations run wild!

for hubby's phonecall. Hope he will soon! And I hope he'll come back tonite so that I won't hv to sleep alone and feel lonely!

OMG! Forgot all about the lunch appointment the gals was talking abt...bet they had loads of fun during lunch just now! Sad that I missed it! On msn with Kissy now...si minah ni 24hrs in front of pc! when kissy said they didn't meet for lunch...*phew* didn't miss it at all then! hehehehe....takpe next wk kita pi lunch sesama eh.... My body's aching now but what can I do? Daddy left his car @ the Airport and he wants us to pick it up! Duhh! Peh penat...kalau dapat bantal..confirm gone! It's just not Dad to travel by public transport...tapikan...cam troublesome for us kan? Tu lah daddy ku...apa dia nak kena ikutkan jugak! menantu dia pulak main 'YES' to everything he say...i'll always end up being the bad guy! tapi takpelah..as long as daddy's fond of you sudah! That makes me Yesterday picked him up from Airport as he just came back from Tokyo and today he's off to Vietnam pulak. Wonder when he'll be back. Balik..kena fetch lagi...dah macam airport shuttle service pulak! for hubby to go home and pick up the keys....guess I better leave in abt 10mins time. Kalau tak saya pulak yg lambat!

Toking to Aliyah on the msn now...she kena sabo n had to finish some last min stuffs...kesian teman ku nasib kita dah sama ler! Had to do some last min updates for my RTM too before he fly off to KL tomorrow. he'll be away till Friday leh relax my mind a bit! Better chuck my paperwork one side and get going! Tomorrow boleh continue. Kalau kerja habis...means it's time for us to leave! So better leave some for tomorrow...kekekekeke. Aliyah hope you'll finish your job soon and have an early nite!

Good Morning everyone!! Very seldom I get to log-on on Saturdays morning...hehehe...mummy not @ hm n hubby had to go to work...so apa lagi curi2 time lor! In the chatrm now chatting with kissy n Jaybon. Kissy msg Aliyah suruh join kita in the chatrm but it's her hubby wh joined us instead! Kepo jer si Jaybonzz ni! Jangan marah ar.....kalau marah ako suroh Aliyah jual ko! Still waiting for hubby to come back...but before that I better clean up the room n prepare lunch...hehehehe...masak-ing time. Nasib baik mummy dah masakkan the soup semalam....*phew*. Now so ramai liao...ada kak Mah & Chip & eL!

Anyways recap on wat I did yesterday...hubby & I had a quickie dinner with Frina & Chip, Klopez & Nahar n Kissy @ Sakuraz yesterday. Klopez msg saying they'll be @ Sakuraz @ 7.30pm. Initially hubby had wanted to eat the new chickie from KFC but since the geng came over to City Hall area we decided to join them for dinner. takot dorang tak nak geng lagi ar! It'll be fun if the rest cld join us too...confirm terbalik tu Sakuraz....kekekeke. After dinner, we headed straight home to catch the Pesta Perdana which I find to be quite boring n draggy. Can u imagine it ended @ 11.30? DUhh...tgk till mata so kelat...n can see everyone rushing to get out of their seat! Suria...suria...apa dah jadi? Tu pun korang shoot! iskkkk!

Today no plan yet....waiting for hubby to come back...either we'll go to East Coast for a stroll or just stay @ hm n force hubby to revise for his papers...kekekeke...dia lupa tu! Oklah.....better get started on my housework...kalau tak...iskkkk.....

Think today is just not the day for both of us. Just recd an email from my RTM asking me to update cases on behalf of the PTI engineers! Please tell me you are kidding!!! It's not my job! It's the engineers responsibility to update. It's all becoz of the stoopid Mamak Director....bila ko nak balik negeri ar? Kasi muka sangat to his Indian engineers....they are such great liars! Guess I need to take up Yoga to learn how to supress my anger! My colleague says i can see steam coming out from ur ear!! Of course girl..you wld feel the same also if u are in my shoe. Current job I still hv some pending and now add more??!! N i can't put this on hold coz they wanna see the cases updated ASAP! Haiiii nasib betol mcm kentang! Today's a hectic day for me! Have yet to drop by the chatroom for some updates...will try and catch u guys later when I can spare some time ya! Rindu ngan semua Minah2 Sakurapz. Just came back from lunch with my hubby. Met him for a quick lunch before he's off to his next call...kesian dia hari ni banyak calls...sampai Loyang! And he have a meeting @ 7pm. My dear you just decide if you wanna con't with the overnite job...kalau rasa penat sangat you better don't! It is still not known whether I'll meet my hubby today or not...kalau tak tidor sendiri lagi lah malam ni...tomorrow after work then I can get to see him! Will miss you my dear.... Enough of today...just hope the rest of my day will be a smooth sailing one...got a mtg @ 4.30pm..hopefully my colleague in Beijing is not able to make it for the mtg!!

Just to recapture the happenings during weekend - Had a fun time over @ Xisco & Frina's place on Saturday. Thank you folks for inviting us over and the nice dishes and not forgetting the free coupon! Kalau ada passing lagi ye...kekekekeke...*Ako kan muka free*! For the first time we met Kak Asmah aka YahFiq with her 2 cute'lil kids! Hope we can meet again...n this time can spend longer time with everyone. Maybe wanna suggest a picnic on one of the weekends. Leh tunjuk skill masak lagi *ahakz*!! After Frina's place, hubby & I headed to Labrador Park...since we drove daddy's rented car on that day (kereta rosak so first time naik Nissan Sunny). At last dapat jugak tgk Labrador Park...nice place but a bit quiet...didn't stay long as we had a movie to catch @ Great World City. I've been promising hubby that we'll watch the 50 First Dates since weeks ago...finally got to it on dat Saturday. Nice show...comedy and a bit touching. Left the cinema abt 11.30pm and we headed to East Coast after cracking or brains so hard on where to head to. That's the problem with us...when we have the car for our use we are always short of places to go to but if we don't...we have so many plans in mind! By the time we reached home, it was near to 1am! Thank Goodness my bro is back if not I'll worry abt him again! Susah nak jaga my 2 siblings! Feninggg!!

woke up pretty late so decided to just cook another batch of keema to bring to my Granny's place and Roti Sardine (hubby, bro & cousin's faveret). 2 Loaves of bread for the roti sardine n all gone within minutes! Send some Roti Sardine and keema to my bro as he had duty and usually Sun the canteen's close. Jahat tapi kesian pulak takde benda nak makan. After that went to Nenek Pasir Ris's place for a while before we headed to Nenek Bdok's place. We reached after Maghrib and had our dinner after hubby finished his solat Isyak. Nenek Bedok cooked thosai...yummy!! So nice....had 2 pieces of thosai with the orange sugar and the coconut gravy and the sambal tumis ikan bilis! Finger licking good! By the time we finished dinner and short conversations with his aunts....it was time to go home. Sent my PIL back and we reached nearly 11pm. was so sleepy then but helped hubby on some of his paper work before I turn in for the nite. It was a tiring weekend but a fun one too! Was so happy when MIL agreed to send the material which we bought for her for Mother's Day for tailoring to be worn for the coming Hari Raya. She's a bit thrifty so in the past hubby had a tough time with buying gifts for her. Agaknya tak nak kecilkan hati menantu! Now waiting for my mum to come back from Bintan (daddy brought her for a short getaway for Mother's Day) so that I could give her her pressie too! Bought the same material to be fair but in a different colour. Hope she likes it! Missed mummy over the weekend but I know she's much happier out of the country. Mummy!

Guess what?! I'm still stuck in the office! Argghhhhh!!! This is driving me nuts! I'm supposed to have a mtg from morning but it was postponed till 2pm and till now i've not completed the mtg fully! There's still a huge portion which the managers have not gone through with me! When I said huge portion it means my JOB now! A huge portion of new reports are still pending to be explained to me. I can't figure how to divide my time to complete all those reports on weekly basis! As it is my workload is already bad and yet the RSD thinks I've not been doing enough...i think he only recognises those hardworking staffs if he sees you doing OT and claiming for OT! what a stupid man he is! Although I've promised myself and hubby that I'll make it back for the religious class today, I've to unwillingly break that promised! I'm sorry dear I can't join you again for the third time! I didn't do it on purpose! I just don't know why I have to be extremely busy on every Tuesday! I thought I could start a new "life" at work from yesterday but guess I'm wrong! Just 2 days into the week I can't make myself happy already and there's too many ppl whom have stepped on my toes! Suka2 dorang pijak kaki ako!! Tak pe...tengah banyak bersabar ni! After 15mins I'm still waiting for the managers to call me in to continue with the meeting! Guess I need to put this in front of them before they'll call me in! Just after I said dat...i was called in for the mtg! That was a long mtg and a very constructive one but syukur Alhamdullillah the reports aren't that bad! I had expected worse but it's do-able for now! I guess I just need more patience and I hope my hubby will stay as understanding as he is now towards me and my mood swings! Takpe lah I take it in a positive way...balik lambat boleh buat OT...n it means more money at the end of the next mth! Leh save more and do more things with the money! I just hope I could prove to the "pisang hangus" that I can do a good job no matter how much pressure he has for me! With the help of Allah s.w.t...Insya-Allah. I'll persevere for as long as I can and till the next opportunity comes for me. Guess I better get on with my work as hubby's waiting for me @ home and I still hv some more work to clear! There's no point in saying so much abt my probs @ work...it'll only make my hubby worry abt me. Nite nite to all the peeping tomsssss One thing for sure..I won't be a !!!!!

It's been a very long time since I leave my footprints here! Saw Frina when I log-in just now and immediately asked her about Shny's solemnisation just now. She said lots of ppl and they had lots of fun! Too bad i had to miss it. Hubby and I had appt @ SGH. Waiting for Frina to UL all the pics therefore took the oppty to drop some lines here. I'm strugling now as I can't move my left hand dat much. The staff nurse poke three times n the only spot where they can find my veins was somewhere near my knuckles! Can u imagine how painful it is? N it took them 20mins just to draw a tiny bottle of blood! And 2 staff nurse had to attend to me! kekeke...padan yg lain kena tunggu! I was inside but had to put a strong front as there was about 4 ppl waiting outside the room and warned hubby not to look. I bet i'll feel worse inside if he did...confirm like a manja baby! I had a false alarm....doc said there was nothing to worry on the nodules they found in my tummy...but i insist to go for another ultrasound and pelvic scan. The ultrasound was an experience...kekeke...i'm sure yang dah pi gynae to faham lah apa yg dimaksudkan! Hubby accompanied me throughout and we felt like small kiddos...umarried couple compared to the other patients...kekeke....a comment from hubby really made me felt weird just now...he said " Yg datang semua gelembung...apa kita buat pat sini eh?" hahahahaha....cam alien in the O&G dept! After the result, the doc re-assured me that there is really nothing wrong with me n the 3-4 tiny cysts that they found is normal. I wasn't convince but what more can I say coz she's the doc! She even encouraged me to get preggy soon...siao eh she thinks it's easy as ABC! But i still had to go for my blood test coz they hv to confirm on my Thalassamiea minor...if need be hubby had to do a test on that too. We need to be sure that both of us are not a carrier. If not we hv to be extra careful when I'm preggy...there are things that I have to take care of n i guess i hv to be on medication. But let's not think too much abt that for now....will see how things are when I get the blood tests results in 2 wks time.
Sanggup hubby main game...just to wait for me to finish updating my goblogs n to wait for Frina to UL all the pics.....won't be long dear as I have to sleep too! tomorrow have to accompany my mom for her check up....another visit to the doc! saw kissy on msn n she said she's transfering some pics which she took during Shny's wedding! Yahoooo! Can't wait to see those pics.
Ok back to the hospital story...after finished with mine...we had lunch @ the Housemen canteen and then we proceed to hubby's appt. Reached the registration counter pretty early thinking hubby cld get to see the doc earlier but we were wrong...had to wait till the appt time @ 2.20pm as the docs were all out for lunch. Apalah nasib! After 30mins of waiting, finally it was hubby's turn. The doc is a pretty young chap and he's "gerago" n a very funny guy! The consultation took abt 1/2hr or so and I was there in the room too...so kepo! Heard hubby's groan...he was in pain when the doc pressed ard the injured area! Kesian bila dengar dia mengerang kesakitan.....my peyut so nilu! Hubby's "illness" is known as Iliotibial Band Syndrome...the doc said he don't need any ops but he hv to go for therapy. I know hubby dreads dat so much but forced him to go for one session just now since we are already there. Waited for 1.5hrs...almost fell asleep! Finally we finished everything @ about 5pm....dah macam gi kerja....from 9.30am till 5pm! We went to Bedok central as hubby wanted to cut his hair...guess he also wanna look nice for shny's wedding...kekekeke but sad to say the 'abang' didn't really do a gd job! Oh yah...for ur info...the bedok hawker centre is closed....guess for renovation. Wanted to eat the mee rebus but didn't get to...nampaknya mcm nak kena gi AMK hawker centre. So far right? But sanggup kalau perut & tekak dah meragam! Dah cam org preggy pulak kan? hehehe..shhhhhhh...i'm not...YET! Insya-Allah the rite time will come soon. before I end (mata dah kuyu beb), nak thank all the ladies from ewah2 for their concerns n word of encouragement. Dah tak payah stress lagi....all clear! kekekeke....nak OT ke tak eh malam ni? cam dah penat...CANCEL sudah....lain hari yer Bang! Nak pi ngintip gambar shny....she looks pretty n sweet....just the look of a Bride! SO happy for her....balak dah lepas ar tapi OT lum boleh ar! *Lompat*Lompat* So happy now...although it's 1am now! It's been a long time since I stayed up this late. Hubby's playing his ps2 while waiting for me to finish my updates here....hold on dear I'll finish soonnnn...hehehe. Finally after a long time hubby and I went for dinner with Nazlin n hubby. Enjoyed ourselves with lotsa updates on each other's life n lotsa laughters. Had dinner @ Pondok Gurame.. a free dinner...a treat from them..they're excuse being we're newly weds so gotta belanja...dah basi ler...tapi free ok aje! After the sumptuos dinner, went for coffee...couldn't drink much though as i'm still having my cough n guess after the nite out (so much talking and laughters) now my throat hurts n it's getting worse! Hope I can sleep tonite. Tomorrow will be a busy day for both of us....meeting Adi (aka Bunger!) to pass the wedding pics...will be mtg him @ Starbucks MP. Oh no coffee again...guess gotta control myself as I can't take anymore mc on Monday! After which we'll be heading to Changi Airport to pick my bro up....missed him so much! Hopefull he's not changed so much over the 2 wks in Taiwan...hehehehehe....can't wait to see what he got for me too. Y-A-W-N!! So ngantuk already n ermmm....dun think there's anything else to update here....mind's blocked. But gotta Thank Frina for the murtabak maggi recipe! It was a success though lack of curry powder...hehehehe...hubby loves it n he finishes 6 murtabak maggi from 2 pckts of the maggi! Kalau ada recipe unik2 passing lagi eh....hehehehe....the way to a man's heart is through their TUMMY!! Nite2...Adios!

Ouch! I'm having a fever again! Was sick since Wednesday and didn't managed to pull myself out of bed to get to work..my temp was 38.4deg. That's high isn't it? Tot I'm feeling much better this morning but guess I've yet to recover. Head still spinning n body's still aching. can't wait for 6pm! GOSH! Still a long way to go. Hubby will be meeting me after work...we'll be eating out for dinner as mummy's in JB...so no one to cook for us and I'm too sick to cook. Hope to get well for the weekend. Too many activities to go for n yet my body is not up to it. Promised Nazlin for dinner tomorrow nite but have yet to confirm with her....better do it soon or she'll be pissed with me again! It's been so long since we went out together....with our hubbies. Been frens with her since Primary 2....ain't that long? Just recd a sms from Zalinah...she'll be @ Tampines Mall for the monopoly competition! she really have guts....wish her all the best! Kalau menang jangan lupa belanja ar! Well I really hope to recover fully so that I can enjoy my weekend better with my beloved hubby. Throw aside the problems @ work coz it will make me feel worse. Turn a deaf ear to his remarks! what the hell...in right ear out left ear! Yesss!! Indian bosses are the worst! They think they rule the world! Guess will spare sometime for the chatrm n catch up with the Gang before the weekend. Miss them since wed...bet they are having lotsa fun n i've missed tonnes of info. S-T-R-E-T-C-H am really sleepy! I'm in no mood to produce quality work at all! Sorry boss! Holiday mood......cannot blame...hope it will be an enjoyable holiday for me and hubby. Packed almost everything except for some toiletries. We'll be departing tonite with my parents..daddy will be driving n let's pray that he can tahan all the way to KL. He has not fully recovered but he's dead stubborn on driving...so we buntot only lah! Now chatting with Frina @ MSN. She's in KL now but felt as if she's still here in Singapore! Tak habis2 masuk msn n ewah2! Betul cannot live without pc!! According to Frina we might change venue for the planned Ewah2 holiday....changing it to KL?? Well...better than Batam for me but guess I gotta check it with my hubby...hopefully he is agreeable to it. He needs to take leave and it will be tough for him. Gotta update the ladies again once I've discussed with hubby. Now am listening to Enrique Iglesias....nice songs...fell in love with him Will find time to catch up with the Sakurapz ladies before end of the day. Wow! It's been a very long time since I last updated my blog! Not that I do not have anything to say or thrash here but sometimes I just thought it's better to let things by....To top it up my mood haven't been good lately...with so many happenings at work and home. Oh dun get me wrong...my relationship with my hubby is still as loving as before....tetap utuh..teguh dan penuh dengan kebahagiaan. (Cewah!) He is my strength that keeps me going day by day. Thank you darling for your care, concern and love you've showered me. Always there when i needed a hug but today is an exeption! Coz my honey's out @ work! Take care dear and I hope your health will not be affected...Insya-Allah. But even without you with me tonite.....I'll survive coz I'll be sleeping with Chipie tonite and hugging it tight! *blush* Well mummy's been toking abt the KL trip this weekend...seriously I don't fell like going but guess mummy's happiness hv to take the top priority at times. So dear....sungguhpun we'll be dragging ourselves.....hope we'll get to enjoy the short break n you get to see my family's appt in KL! I hope you don't mind the change of plan....and guess what? We'll be "joining" Chip and Frina in KL.....Frina here I comeeee!!Weeeeee.....hope to bump into them there!*wink* Catch Chip red-handed buying Pak Tani for the rest of the gang!! hehehe I can forsee tomorrow will be a busy dae for me as JW (who is my boss) is back from Bangkok....bet he'll need tonnes of report from me. He's not a bad person overall..caring whenever he hears i'm sick but he is demanding when it comes to work...sometimes i felt stupid when i get things wrong for him...though he have never scold me b4! Yahooo!!! Japan memang 2-1 against Singapore...eventhough not a huge win but I'm happy that Japan won! My handsome Nakata..... Yummyyy! I'm munching on my faveret kurma which my mummy bought from Mekka. Sedap sungguh...*menjilat jari*! Nak melayan perasaan katakan...jadi mengunyah lah nampaknya! For the first time since I got married I'll be sleeping alone. Hubby's out to do his nite job....so sad that I don't have anyone to "fight" with before I rest my eyes for the day...I'll miss my nitely routine. Kesian hubby ku...mesti penat.
